About This Product

Fuji Electric Special High Voltage Moltra FM-EH type and FM-CH type have a lower volume ratio compared to the conventional product FM-CF type due to the adoption of H type, elliptical winding, insulation structure, and review of the cooling structure. We achieved a significant reduction in size and weight by 63% and mass ratio by 71%. Additionally, no-load loss has been reduced by approximately 20% compared to conventional products. The molded winding uses aluminum sheet winding, which has a proven track record. Produced by vacuum casting using a mold. This results in a winding that is void-free, has excellent corona properties, and has high insulation reliability. Compared to impregnated type windings, vacuum cast windings have smooth surfaces, so there is no insulation loss due to dirt adhesion, and they have excellent dust and moisture resistance. Of course, we have conducted short circuit strength tests, crack resistance tests, etc. to confirm that it has sufficient performance, so please use it with confidence.
