■Product features
・Large transmission capacity: The spring material is made of quenched and tempered high-strength alloy steel and the residual compressive stress created by precision shot peening dramatically improves the transmission capacity and extends the service life.
・Easy assembly: The taper grid is single-layered, so anyone can easily fit it into place. For smaller model hubs, fit loosely onto the shaft to facilitate assembly. Assembly of the cover can be done using standard tools
・Long maintenance intervals: By using long-term grease specifically designed for couplings, maintenance and inspection intervals can be dramatically extended. If LTG grease is applied during installation, there is no need to relubricate unless the grid part runs out of oil.
-Easy maintenance and inspection: The taper grid can be easily removed by removing the cover and using a screwdriver or knife. Easily change grids without moving or re-centering connected equipment
