・Corrects the eccentricity and declination between the two axes, and smoothly transmits the torque on the drive side.
・Since the misalignment between the shafts is corrected by the crowning gear, it has excellent wear resistance and is robust.
-Since the center and case are separated, it is easy to install and remove, and is lightweight and compact.
・There is no deviation in the rotation angle between the two axes due to coupling deflection, and torque is reliably transmitted.
■Correction for eccentricity, declination, and errors
Even if there is some misalignment or runout of the shaft center, the torque on the driving side is reliably transmitted. Even if the connected shafts shift or tilt during use, they are automatically adjusted and absorbed, so no unreasonable loads are applied to the shafts or bearings, protecting the machine.
■Excellent wear resistance
Flexible joint with crowned gear, highly wear resistant and robust.
■Compact and easy installation/removal
Since the center and case are separated, it is easy to install and remove, and it is small and lightweight, requiring less installation space. A compact sleeve type GL model is also available.
■Easy centering and inspection
Since the coupling center length is longer than the coupling case width, centering can be easily performed by moving the coupling case within the boss length. It also makes it easier to inspect the teeth.
■Rotation angle without deviation
Unlike other types of flexible couplings, there is no deviation in the rotation angle between the two axes due to coupling deflection. Ideal for line shaft couplings, high speed applications, and heavy load applications.
