■Product features
・Large load capacity: All teeth of the worm screw mesh effectively with the drum-shaped worm. In addition, the load capacity is large because of the wide range of engagement on the wheel tooth surface.
・High efficiency: The angle between the contact line and the sliding direction (slip angle) is large, making it easy to form a lubricating oil film on the tooth surface, and the coefficient of meshing friction is small, resulting in high efficiency.
・Long life: The worm is made of high-quality Cr-Mo steel carburized and quenched, and the wheel is made of special phosphor bronze casting with excellent strength, wear resistance, and seizure resistance.This is a long-life weed gear.
・Quiet and small rotational unevenness: It is quiet and has small rotational unevenness because it has a large number of teeth that engage simultaneously, has good tooth profile accuracy, and has been devised in processing to prevent impact meshing.
・Small and lightweight: It has a large rated value and is extremely compact compared to its load capacity.
