About This Product
We have developed a supply device specialized for high dew points, high temperatures and high humidity by applying the technology of generating humid air using a saturated tank that we have cultivated through the manufacture of separate flow generators.
We provide stable and precise reference air for fuel electrical evaluation equipment, MEMS type humidity sensor evaluation, durability testing of various materials, etc. The optional automatic water supply unit allows continuous operation for long periods of time.
We also accept inquiries regarding trial purposes, customization according to usage, and special orders.
■Features
・Possible to generate high dew point range from 35℃DP to 95℃DP
・When generating high dew points, a large amount of water is consumed, but by using it in combination with an automatic water supply unit, continuous long-term tests can be performed.
・It is also possible to set the dew point by supplying a specific gas other than general air.
- The dew point is set by controlling the temperature of the constant temperature water tank, so anyone can easily set it with simple operations.

・Fuel cell evaluation test
The dew point air supplied into the cell is an important factor when verifying the power generation efficiency of a fuel cell. The STG-H series can stably generate high dew points with high reproducibility, allowing strict control over evaluation test conditions.
・Material evaluation tests such as tensile tests and viscosity tests
The dew point air supplied by STG-H is ideal for material evaluation tests that are affected by moisture content, such as tensile tests, viscosity, and material strength tests. Providing reliable test conditions by supplying highly reproducible dew point air.
・Durability testing of various electronic components
It stably supplies high temperature and high humidity environments, which are harsh conditions for electronic components such as semiconductors and microcomputers, and realizes durability tests with high reproducibility.
・For development and calibration of humidity sensors
With its high accuracy and reproducibility, it can also be used as a calibration standard in the development of polymer type humidity sensors. In addition, it can stably supply dew point air for long periods of time during durability tests at high temperatures and high humidity, which are assumed to be high stress environments for sensors.
・Calibration standards for measuring instruments
We provide calibration reference air in high dew point and high humidity areas, which is difficult to reproduce stably. With a high accuracy of ±0.5℃ dew point, the generated dew point air itself can be used as a reference, or a mirror dew point meter or sensor type hygrometer standard can be used as a reference standard to perform comparative calibration. ■Usage example
・Stable supply of precisely adjusted high dew point air
When moisture is saturated under a certain temperature environment, the relative humidity reaches 100% rh. The temperature at this point is the temperature at which moisture in the air can condense, or the dew point. The high dew point generator STG series applies this principle to generate dew point air.
By submerging a saturation tank that can accurately generate saturated air at 100% rh into a constant temperature water tank and adjusting the temperature of the water tank, it is possible to generate dew point air equivalent to the adjusted temperature. .
The accuracy and stability of the generated dew point air depends on the performance of the constant temperature water tank, which supplies highly accurate and stable reference air.
