We have developed a supply device specialized for high dew points, high temperatures and high humidity by applying the technology of generating humid air using a saturated tank that we have cultivated through the manufacture of separate flow generators.
We provide stable and precise reference air for fuel electrical evaluation equipment, MEMS type humidity sensor evaluation, durability testing of various materials, etc. The optional automatic water supply unit allows continuous operation for long periods of time.

■Usage example
・Stable supply of precisely adjusted high dew point air
When moisture is saturated under a certain temperature environment, the relative humidity reaches 100% rh. The temperature at this point is the temperature at which moisture in the air can condense, or the dew point. The high dew point generator STG series applies this principle to generate dew point air.
By submerging a saturation tank that can accurately generate saturated air at 100% rh into a constant temperature water tank and adjusting the temperature of the water tank, it is possible to generate dew point air equivalent to the adjusted temperature. .
The accuracy and stability of the generated dew point air depends on the performance of the constant temperature water tank, which supplies highly accurate and stable reference air.
