About This Product
A laser head that allows the laser, camera, thermometer, etc. to operate coaxially. The devices necessary for machining, observation, and monitoring are arranged on the same axis, which not only simplifies operation but also improves machining accuracy and stabilizes machining. Can be used as a temperature-controlled coaxial processing head in combination with a temperature control unit.

■What is radiant temperature?
A radiation thermometer receives infrared energy emitted from the surface of an object and converts it into temperature. Therefore, temperature can be measured without contact, and the speed is as fast as 0.1ms, and it is often used when measuring high temperatures, moving objects, rotating objects, minute objects, etc.
■What is temperature control?
By feeding back the temperature data from the radiation thermometer to the laser controller, it is possible to control the laser power by temperature. By controlling unexpected temperature rises during laser processing and managing the temperature, stable, high-quality laser processing is achieved.
■Thermometer and laser light docked on the same axis
Generally, the radiation thermometer and laser beam are set up separately, making it extremely difficult to match them to the parts, and if they are misaligned, accurate temperature measurements will not be possible. By placing the thermometer and the laser beam on the same axis, there is no need for alignment, and temperature measurement on the beam spot becomes possible.
