■Summary
This unit enables "temperature feedback control" that acquires temperature sensor values at high speed and controls the output of the laser light source. You can control the temperature at the laser irradiation position by simply setting the desired temperature. This eliminates the need for complex laser output settings, greatly reducing the burden.
■Features
In laser processing, the temperature at the irradiation point changes due to quality variations in the wavelength of the laser used and the characteristics (absorption rate) and shape (heat capacity) of the material, making it extremely difficult to maintain a constant temperature. The MPR2000TC temperature control unit is a device that measures the temperature of the laser irradiation range of the workpiece (processing point) and controls the laser output with the target temperature of the irradiation point set using dedicated software.
