About This Product
■Summary
A semiconductor laser system with high cost performance. Optical systems (optional) such as beam diameter and focal length can be tailored to suit your application. This is a high-output blue laser that uses a wavelength of 450nm, where metal materials such as gold (Au) and copper (Cu) have high light absorption. There is also a 900nm wavelength type that allows highly efficient microfabrication. In addition to the 20W maximum output type, 50W and 100W types are also available. We have demo machines and peripheral equipment available.
■Features
・Wavelength with high absorption rate: This is a laser with a wavelength of 450 nm, which has a high optical absorption rate for metal materials such as gold (Au) and copper (Cu). It is possible to minimize material damage and achieve highly efficient processing.
・Output lineup: Maximum output is 20W, 50W, and 200W, and can be selected depending on the desired application.
- Micro core diameter: Adopts an optical fiber core diameter of φ105μm, making it ideal for microprocessing with a small diameter beam. Original guide light: Proprietary green guide light (520nm) is standard equipment. Target alignment is easy. (Public patent)
・Low power consumption: Low power consumption achieved by unique design. In addition, the unique heat dissipation design achieves output fluctuation within 3% during maximum output continuous operation.
- Dedicated software: Optical control using external analog signals and output profile software included as standard.

-You can freely set the output, time, number of steps, number of repeats, etc.
- 20 patterns can be stored in the built-in internal memory.
