The thermal whirlwind shrink device TORNADO is a reliable and reliable brand with a strong track record both domestically and internationally.
■Tornado method (patent)
The tornado method (patented) blows out hot air from four directions to create a tornado-like vortex, allowing for 360° clean shrinkage in an instant. This results in a beautiful finish without creating unevenness or pockmarks. The same finish as the steam type is possible. We can also handle environmentally friendly films such as PET and OPS.
■Hot air circulation mechanism
The hot air circulation mechanism controls heat and wind by circulating hot air, keeping the overall temperature distribution constant and allowing air to be applied uniformly to the workpiece (product). Once the temperature inside the furnace has risen, there is no need to reheat the outside air due to the circulation structure. 2/3 electricity consumption (compared to our company), no need for a hair dryer or 2 passes.
■High maintainability
We have narrowed down the adjustment points to three points: 1. Operation panel (temperature adjustment), 2. Shutter opening/closing (shutter adjustment), and 3. Control panel (airflow adjustment). Since everything is displayed digitally, setup changes are smooth and even part-time employees can easily handle it. Easy to care for and clean with the hand assist mechanism.
■Supports horizontal flow. Tornado up and down mechanism
Thermal whirlwind treatment from above and below using the tornado up-and-down mechanism and the mesh conveyance section make it possible to horizontally flow workpieces that are difficult to vertically flow. It is easy to change from a standard mechanism to a vertical mechanism, and one machine can handle a wide variety of products, from sleep films to complete packaging.
