■Summary
The light spectrum can be easily changed without changing the light source, and is mainly used for the following purposes.
■Purpose
・When installed in front of a light source: Changes the incident light spectrum to the integrating sphere
・When installed in front of the detector port: Measures light in a specific wavelength band
- When installed in front of the detector port: Attenuates the signal level to avoid detector saturation
■Usage
・Color balance filter: Changes to a specific wavelength (color temperature of the light source whose spectrum is being changed) and moves the spectrum.
・Colored glass filter: Obtains the color of a specific wavelength. Can be used in front of detectors and light sources
・Narrowband filter: Measures light in a specific band or limits it to a specific wavelength band
・ND filter: For high-power light sources such as laser power measurements, attenuates the amount of light entering the detector to avoid detector saturation.
