■Summary
The 6-inch reflection/transmission integrating sphere is designed for measurements of reflection with and without specular components, forward and backscatter, and reflection and transmission such as turbid or diffuse samples. The integrating sphere is available in InfraGold®, designed for applications in the 700nm-20μm wavelength range (near-infrared-mid-infrared), or Infragold®, designed for applications in the 700nm-20μm wavelength range (near-infrared-mid-infrared), or Infragold®, designed for applications in the 250-2,500nm wavelength range (ultraviolet-visible-near-infrared). Coated with Spectraflect®.
The RT integrating sphere features five 1-inch diameter ports to accommodate the sample and reference beams required for the 9° double-beam geometry, as well as the port plugs required for the 9° single-beam geometry. Masu. A 0.50" diameter port is located at the top of the integrating sphere. A specular light trap is included for the specular component subtraction method.
The RTC integrating sphere adds additional flexibility with a centrally mounted sample holder, allowing measurements of reflection/transmission versus radiation incidence angles. Five ports correspond to the sample and reference beams at the center mount stage located on the top of the integrating sphere, and to a 0.50 inch detector port located on the bottom of the integrating sphere assembly.
The integrating sphere port is sharply edged to allow wide-angle diffuse collection, and the baffle is minimized to maximize the detector's field of view of the inner wall of the integrating sphere. The adapter port is located at the top of the integrating sphere and is shielded from receiving specular/transmissive, direct radiation from the sample and reference ports.
