The sorting method is the Tomi method that uses wind power, and by removing immature pods and leaves, only good quality edamame can be selected.
In addition, by using special silicone handling teeth, the beans themselves are less likely to be damaged, making it possible to pick the edamame with high quality. The container can be set on the back, making it very easy to collect edamame.
