■Summary
Rotary evaporator integrated with vacuum controller. The integrated space-saving design allows three units to be stored in a draft. Auto mode eliminates the need for troublesome solvent data for distillation.
■Features
-Easy height adjustment by operating the jack handle
・The position of the glass set bath can be installed on either the left or right side of the main unit depending on your dominant hand or installation location.
・Intuitive operability, rotation speed can be set over a wide range
・Improve the durability of the vacuum seal with a structure that prevents liquid accumulation
- An AC adapter holder is provided on the back of the main unit to neatly store the AC adapter and excess cables.
・Two types of baths with a large capacity of 5L are available: water bath and oil bath (water/oil combined).
・Insulating material that suppresses condensation on the surface of the cooling pipe is included as standard with the glass set.
・Developed a cooling tube with a sample introduction tube cover to prevent condensate from flowing back from the sample introduction tube to the distillation flask.
・Interlocking function with vacuum controller VR102S

Convenient auto-leak and auto-cleaning after driving
■Auto leak
When the operation is stopped, the leak solenoid valve is opened and released to the atmosphere until the set time elapses.
■Auto cleaning
After the auto leak ends, operate the vacuum pump with the leak solenoid valve and control solenoid valve open until the set time has elapsed. By operating the pump at atmospheric pressure, the purpose is to remove solvent condensed in piping and solenoid valves, and at the same time clean the vacuum pump itself. This is a convenient function that stops the pump and closes the leak valve and solenoid valve when finished. (The vacuum pump stops only when the control unit is installed.)
■Solvent recovery device can also be installed
A solvent recovery device can be attached to the stand (optional) as a secondary trap. Effective for environmental protection and odor control. The operation part of the vacuum controller is integrated on the rotary evaporator side, further increasing the flexibility of layout.
