About This Product
This material is often used in melamine tableware, which is a thermosetting hard plastic tableware.It is harder and has more cutting power than POLYPLUS and POLYEXTRA, but it does not scratch hard metals such as iron. It can be processed and is also suitable for cleaning molds. Unlike Alundum (alumina), etc., there is almost no damage to the blasting machine itself, nozzles, hoses, and jigs, and equipment maintenance costs can be kept low.
For soft metals such as aluminum alloys, processing is performed while performing light cutting. Ideal for processing resin abrasives that require high grinding power, removing paint from hard metals such as iron, removing thin burrs from soft metals, and removing resin burrs. Available for dry blasting and wet blasting (liquid honing).
