About This Product
Polyplus is made of thermosetting resin called urea resin, which is a plastic material often used in lighting equipment, wiring devices such as electrical outlets, buttons on clothes, etc. We also use urea buttons from Iris Co., Ltd. as materials.
This product has slow-burning or self-extinguishing properties, is slightly softer than Type 3, has more cutting power than Polyextra, and can increase processing speed. It is suitable for removing paint and burrs from relatively soft metals such as aluminum alloy, and is suitable for removing paint from aircraft equipment and parts made of aluminum alloy that do not want to be damaged, and fan blades of aircraft engines made of titanium alloy ( It is also used to clean turbine blades).
Available for dry blasting and wet blasting (liquid honing).
