This product is a 50GHz Photodetector BOX with a built-in 50GHz dual-window Photodetector XPDV2320R made by Finisar, and consists of a current monitor and display circuit, and its power supply peripheral circuit.
◼︎Current monitor section
The optical input current of the 50GHz Photodetector module is detected by the high-site current detection circuit and displayed on the OLED monitor.
・Display range: 0~＜20mA
・Measurement resolution: ±1uA
◼︎Optical input power monitor section
50GHz dual-window Photodetector The optical input power monitor value converted from the Vpd terminal optical input current detection value of the XPDV2320R module and the Photodiode DC responsiVity value (each module data specification value) is displayed on the OLED monitor.
・Display range: ~20.0dBm
・Measurement resolution: ±0.2dB
◼︎Power supply section
The power supply to the 50GHz Photodetector module uses a low noise regulation circuit, and the AC supply section is an inlet with an LC filter.
◼︎Front panel operation section
50GHz Photodetector module Consists of RF output terminal V type, optical input connector (FC), PD current/optical input monitor OLED.
◼︎Rear panel operation section
Consists of a power switch, AC100V input inlet (with fuse), and GND terminal.
