・Cleaning with 0.7MPa high-pressure water High-pressure pump: Grundfos CM-3-6
・Cleaning nozzles: Approximately 15 to 24 movable nozzles arranged according to panel holes (for cleaning panel holes)
- Spiral brush with 0.3mm nylon bristles that won't damage the panel or come off easily (mainly for removing surface residue)
・Water usage: Approximately 25L/min Connecting pipe diameter: 25mm (recommended) (If the flow rate is low, use a buffer tank)
・Cleaning panel size: Thickness 30mm or less, width 600mm or less (can be customized to suit the panel)
・Washing time 1 panel (30 x 600 x 900 standard) approximately 8 seconds ~ variable
・Materials mainly include aluminum, stainless steel (SUS304), plastic combination chain, PVC, and POM.
・Can be customized according to the panel
- Standard type, circulating water specification type, sterilized water addition type, and brush addition type are available.
