About This Product

PVC flat cable that is flexible even at low temperatures. ■Advantages ・Flat cables save more space than round-section cables. - Smaller bending radius is possible. ■Scope of application - Use in hoists and conveyor systems. ・Indoor crane and high-rise rack equipment. ・For power lines for moving mechanical parts. - According to VDE definition, it has a suspension length of up to 35m and can also be used as a lift control cable with a travel speed of up to 1.6m/s. ■Features Combustion characteristics - Flame retardant (IEC60332-1-2 compliant). ■Compliance standards/certification ・Compliant with EN50214/VDE0283-2 (H05VVH6-F or H07VVH6-F). ・Compatible with standard PVC flat cable, H07VVH6-F requirements. ■Configuration - Bare copper strand. ・Insulator: PVC base. ・Outer sheath: PVC base. ■Twisted conductor wire ・U0/U 300/500V version, fine wire, compliant with VDE0295 class 5 or IEC60228 class 5. ・U0/U 450/750V version, ultra-fine wire, compliant with VDE0295 class 6 or IEC60228 class 6 (nominal cross-sectional area 10 mm2: fine twist/class 5).
