Flexible, weather-resistant rubber cable with support.
■Advantages
・Weather resistance that can withstand harsh environmental conditions.
- Extremely flexible due to ultra-fine conductor design.
- Cable chains can be used with up to 24 cores.
■Scope of application
- Machinery and equipment permanently exposed to the weather; conveyor and hoist equipment; construction equipment; shipyard machinery.
- Suitable for use under special conditions (such as being immersed in industrial water or seawater for about two weeks).
■Features
・Flammability characteristics - Flame retardant (IEC60332-1-2 compliant).
- Not suitable for use on guide pulleys or drums under tensile loads.
・Please refer to the model number table for the tensile strength of the support material.
- Cables must be installed in such a way that the support material can absorb the tensile forces.
・The clamp does not affect the movement of the wire core Compliance standards/certification.
・Compliant with VDE0250.
■Configuration
- Bare copper strand.
- Core insulation: Rubber compound.
・Special support material is used as strain relief.
・Outer sheath: Rubber compound, type EM2.
