Retractable polyurethane cable for low, medium and high mechanical stress.
■Advantages
- Designed to save space and weight with smaller outer diameter.
- Reduce costs by using smaller drums, guide rollers, and drive engines (where applicable).
- Tensile stress is also applied to the cable during winding, unwinding, and guide operations.
- The central support absorbs the tensile loads that occur, allowing the free-hanging cable to be wound, unrolled, and deflected over long distances.
Built-in support blades avoid unnecessary cable twists and the formation of the so-called corkscrew effect.
■Scope of application
- Use in hoisting, transport, and conveyor systems.
・The cable is wound, unrolled, and guided by a roller train.
- Dry or humid indoor and outdoor use, use within 2 weeks without industrial water interference.
■Features
・Halogen-free and flame retardant, compliant with IEC60332-1-2.
・Oil resistance (compliant with EN60811-404).
・Excellent chemical resistance, heat resistance and mechanical stress resistance.
■Configuration
- Bare copper strand.
- Core insulation: TPE compound.
・Central support material.
- Support braid is built into the outer sheath.
・Outer sheath: PUR compound, halogen free.
