PicoScope 9400 Series Sampler Enhanced Real-Time Oscilloscopes (SXRTO) have two or four high-bandwidth 50Ω input channels, industry-leading ADCs, and timing for accurate measurement and visualization of high-speed analog data signals. -Features display resolution.
Ideal for acquiring pulse and step transitions up to 14ps, impulses up to 28ps, and clock and data eyes up to 16Gb/s (with optional 11.3Gb/s clock recovery feature).
PicoScope SXRTO allows random sampling to analyze high-bandwidth applications containing repetitive signals or clock-related streams. SXRTO is fast and quickly builds random sampling, afterimage display, statistics, etc.
