The PicoScope 3000E series is the first USB-powered scope to achieve 500 MHz, the first to achieve 5 GS/s sampling, and the first to have buffer memory exceeding 1 GS.
■Small, lightweight, and portable
Pico once again redefines PC-based oscilloscopes with up to 500MHz bandwidth and 5GS/s in a compact, lightweight, and portable USB-powered package. The PicoScope 3000E Series is ideal for engineers working with analog, digital, embedded, or power electronics, whether in the lab or on the go.
The advanced PicoScope 7 software (Windows, Mac, or Linux) is easy to use and offers high-end features such as 40 serial decoders, mask limit testing, and a suite of advanced measurement and math functions. A software development kit (SDK) is also available for customers who want to write their own software or use third-party applications such as LabVIEW and MATLAB.
■High bandwidth, high sampling rate, large memory capacity
The 500MHz bandwidth is matched with a real-time sampling rate of 5GS/s, allowing detailed viewing of high-frequency signals. The PicoScope 3000E series offers industry-leading 2GS of capture memory and can sample from 5GS/s to 20ms/div (200ms total capture time). Alternatively, you can divide the memory into segments and capture thousands of waveforms one after another into a waveform buffer.
A number of powerful tools are available to help you make the most of this large buffer memory. Easy-to-use zoom functionality lets you scale and reposition your view by simply dragging with your mouse or touchscreen. Mask testing can scan thousands of waveforms, and DeepMeasure TM can perform millions of measurements on waveforms to quickly identify areas to investigate.
