■Product description
These high quality, rugged temperature switches are specially developed with love for safety-critical applications. High quality and ISO 9001 compliant manufacturing ensure reliable monitoring in your plant. Every step of the manufacturing process is traced using quality verification software and is 100% tested. To guarantee as much operational flexibility as possible, the temperature switch is equipped with a microswitch that allows direct switching of electrical loads of up to 250 V AC and 20.
Gold plated contacts, argon gas filled microswitches are optionally available for low contact power ratings such as those used in PLCs. The measuring element uses a gas filling system using a Breton tube. The maximum settable range is 0...600 °C. The measuring element and the spiral armor of the capillary are made of stainless steel. Model TWG temperature switches are extremely robust and guarantee a repeatability of less than 0.5% of the span due to optimal operating characteristics and high measurement performance.
