About This Product
■Basic functions
- Quickly, accurately, and easily check the number of tools and measuring instruments brought into the workplace.
- When an IC tag attached to a tool or measuring device is read, excess or deficiency is displayed in different colors for the list of items to be checked. (Blue: normal, red: excess, black: insufficient)
・It is possible to flexibly change the list of items to be checked in case additional items are brought into the workplace or if their use is discontinued.
- Unread IC tags can be automatically deleted from the check list, and read IC tags can be automatically added to the check list.
- It is possible to register multiple lists to be checked, such as users, work dates, work contents, etc., and switch between them.
・Record the checker's name in the check result.
・Comments can be entered on the check results.
・It is possible to search for lost tools, etc.
■Optional features
・The history of checking the number of people can be transferred to a Windows PC, outputted as a form (Excel), and printed out. The form format can also be adapted to the unique formats used by each company.
・Can be used in conjunction with the Takeout and Return Management System Type-B. By using them as a set, you can save labor during on-site confirmation and inventory confirmation.
