About This Product
■Basic functions
- Quickly and easily register and return tools using IC tags attached to tools and measuring instruments, visualize entry and exit status, and record their history.
- User information such as the person who brought the tool and the person who checked it, as well as additional information such as the destination, purpose of the tool, and scheduled return date, can be registered.
- Register tools that are to be used at the same time as a group, and if there is a misreading when registering tools to be taken out, a warning will be displayed to prevent you from forgetting to take them out.
・You can make reservations to bring out tools and measuring instruments. Enter your planned take-out information to prevent others from taking out the goods by mistake.
- For measuring instruments that require inspection and calibration, by setting expiration dates, those that are nearing their expiration date or have expired will be automatically extracted and displayed on the screen.
■Optional features
・The history of items taken out and returned can be transferred to a Windows PC, outputted as a form (Excel), and printed out. The form format can also be adapted to the individual forms used by each company.
・Can be used in conjunction with tool on-site confirmation system Type-C. By using them as a set, you can save labor during on-site confirmation and inventory confirmation.
