■ Product overview
CIS (Contact Image Sensor) is an industrial image sensor that forms an image on the light receiving element with a very small lens, and reads it in close contact with the manuscript. Using "visible light", "ultraviolet rays", and "infrared rays", you can ensure reliable and high -speed identification, such as the presence or absence of foreign matter.
■ Advements
･ The device is small, thin, and light because it is read directly compared to CCD.
･ Easy to read widely such as A0 size
･ Due to the characteristics of CIS, there is no optical distortion due to the “equal reading”.
･ The element is CMOS, operates with a single low power supply (low power consumption)
･ Because it is ready to read in close contact, the amount of light amount is low and the power consumption of the light source is small.
■ Disadvantages
･ The range of focus is narrower than the CCD, and it is not good at reading depth
■ Characteristics
･ Supports up to 1960mm long
･ High -speed color can be read by the combination of light source (R/G/B/IR/UV)
･ It does not require troublesome adjustment and can be used immediately after installation
