Fixed voltage output type raising charge pump ■ Characteristics The XC9802 series is a charge pump voltage dabra that can generate a high -efficiency positive voltage by externally attached to two capacitors, and has a stabilization function that has a stabilization function to output a fixed voltage. It is IC. The output voltage can be set in 0.1V steps from 2.5V to 6.0V inside. The output voltage is stabilized by controlling the output impedance of the charge pump operation, so the ripple is small. In addition, the XC9802 shifts to pulse skip movements while retaining the output impedance at the time of light load, reducing the ripple. It can also be used as an increase in pressure by connecting the SENSE terminal to GND. Along with the ultra-small MSOP-8A/USP-8/USP-8B05 package, low-current and high-efficiency new output stabilization technology achieves the optimal pressure converter for battery-driven applications.
