Model Description
Charge pump voltage inverter ■ Characteristics The XC6351A series is a charge pump voltage inverter IC with 4 power MOSFET. Since only two capacitors are attached to external, negative voltage can be generated, making it easy to generate a bias power supply for GaaS and negative power supply for operational amplifiers on the substrate. Ultra-small SOT-26 (6-pin) package and USP-6B package can provide space-saving and high-density implementation. In addition, it is ideal for battery -driven applications because the current consumption of IC can achieve high efficiency. By using the CE (chip enable) function, the operation of the IC can be stopped according to the operation mode of the battery device and the output can be shut down, so that the total current consumption of the device can be reduced.
