■ Flex valve gate Based on the standard Valve gate system, a unique manifold structure that uses a mixing core (international patent acquisition). In the simple configuration from the user's point of view, the know -how to achieve a uniform temperature balance is included. ・ Tube type (cylindrical) Heater is adopted to improve maintenance. ・ Many large molded products such as inside and exterior parts, external spots of home appliances, etc. ・ Adaptation to long nozzles such as cavity/core reversal molds, deep product shape (2 split heaters).
