Model Description
The San Ekon KR-6150 is a cleaning agent aimed at cleaning rubber molded molds. Developed as a measure against spots on molds after washing with water. For cleaning, it is possible to easily remove dirt from carbide attached to the mold. In addition, the Sun-Ekon KR-6150 is a water-soluble cleaning agent that can be diluted with water according to the degree of dirt. ■ Characteristics ・ Exterior: Pale yellow and transparent liquid ・ Level: 1.24 (20 ° C) ・ PH: 13.3 (5%) ■ How to use ・ Washing When the mold is hot (mold temperature of 100 ° C or higher), apply the undiluted or diluted solution to the mold surface. The dirt will be softened, so wash it before the dirt is dry. * Since the washed liquid can be used repeatedly, we recommend that you install a cleaning tank that can extract the liquid and attach the drain mouth to the bottom. ・ Immersed and washed Heated (70-100 ° C) by putting a stock solution or diluted solution in a stainless steel tank. Dip the mold in the appropriate temperature. The dirt will be released, so take out the mold later and wash it with water. * Water evaporates due to heating, so please replenish water and adjust the liquid surface. * If there is no heating equipment, it is also possible to immerse the mold in a hot (mold temperature of 100 ° C or higher) in a normal temperature liquid. * Brushing should be used as necessary for the washing and immersion and washing. ■ Precautions for use ・ After washing, please wash it with water. -The wiping by a wess with a hot mold may cause gas to generate gas in the chemical fiber, so use a cotton material. ・ Do not use aluminum and zinc, as it dissolves when it comes into contact. ・ When using, please pay attention to the precautionary notes of the product GHS label. ・ The San Ekon KR-6150 corresponds to the Poison Theater Control Law. ・ For more information on safety and related laws, please refer to the safety data sheet (SDS). * For rubber molded automatic washing (spray type), please use "Sun Ekon KR-6150H". ■ ・ Domestic use: 20kg (can) ・ Export for export: 24kg (UN can)
