TESA® HAF 8471 High temperature thermal active film 30μm thick / brown ■ Characteristics ・ It is a high -temperature thermal active film with nitrile rubber and phenol resin as the main component. ・ Because a chemical reaction (crosslinked reaction) occurs and the polymers are connected, they can be joined strongly. ・ Because the curing reaction is irreversible, the film does not soften even if it is reheated. ・ After curing, it demonstrates a very good performance for environmental impact such as high temperature and high humidity. It also shows excellent resistance to chemicals such as oil and alcohol (chemical resistance). ・ This product is a halogen -free product that does not contain halogen compounds. It also conforms to the ROHS (II) command. ・ Thermal stiffening resin is strongly joined by the bridge reaction. ・ It is a film shape that does not have a tack (sticky) at room temperature. ・ It shows a very high adhesive performance to the adhesive body of various materials. ・ It is suitable for joining different materials. ・ Shows very good chemical resistance. ■ Main use ・ Permanent fixation of various device parts, assembly ・ Jointing of heterogeneous materials such as metal and resin ·other.
