Founded in 1959, Wallner Expac is employee-owned and North America’s largest expanded metal manufacturer for HVAC filters. With corporate headquarters in Ontario, California and additional plants in Kennesaw, Georgia and El Paso, Texas, its product portfolio features its patented X-Mesh®– (US Patent No. 6,896,781) that is specifically engineered for HVAC filters; MicroForm® micromeshes as internal battery components, energy storage, microfiltration, EMI shielding, and more; and over 60 standard and decorative patterns for use in architecture, home improvement, automotive applications, and more. Additional product offerings include patented four-way ceiling diffuser grilles. Its state-of-the-art on-site tooling facility offers metal forming services including engineering and design, flattening, stamping, surface grinding, Wire EDM, CNC machining, and more.
