The establishment is a flagship company of Bansal Group based in India. Their products are used for ropes, mattresses, profile wires, auto cables, and springs. The group started as a trading house in 1938 and produced its first H.B. Wires commercially in 1985.
They acquired Aluminum Alloy Wire business in 2012 and Garg Inox Ltd in 2018. They also obtained Aradhya Steel Ltd in 2020 and set up their first overseas office in New York in 2019.
