About This Product

■1 channel beam switch

Beam shutters (1 channel beam switches) are mainly used in production lines to increase processing speed. By adding a high-speed shutter to the beam path, the laser can be continued and laser injection into the process fiber can be controlled through the shutter. You can also easily replace the process fiber when switching applications or if the process fiber becomes damaged. Typical feeding fibers have a core diameter of 50 μm, while process fibers can vary up to several 100 microns. The beam shutter is available with 12, 25, and 50mm optics and comes with a QBH-compatible HLC connector and a QD-compatible LCA bayonet and adapter.

■Function

・Fiber damage detection ・High-speed beam shutter ・TUV certified ・Minimization of output loss ・Temperature abnormality protection
