The iron core is made entirely of high-grade silicon steel, a low-loss magnetic material, and the coil conductor has an increased conductor cross-sectional area, which further reduces no-load loss and load loss compared to conventional low-loss transformers. has been realized.

■Strengthening seismic performance

In order to prevent ground faults and short circuits at the transformer terminals in the event of an earthquake, we are equipped with a displacement suppression seat that suppresses the amount of relative displacement between the transformer body and the panel housing. Additionally, an optional seismic attenuation device can further enhance seismic performance. *Displacement suppression seat is standard equipment for 75 to 1,000kVA.

■What is the top runner method?

The Top Runner method is a method for establishing energy conservation standards under the "Act on the Rational Use of Energy (Energy Saving Law)," which evaluates the energy consumption efficiency of specific equipment designated by the Energy Saving Law as the best among currently commercialized products. The idea is to exceed the performance of the product currently in use. The first evaluation standard for oil-immersed transformers was started in 2006 and has been in operation, but the second evaluation standard began in April 2014 as "Top Runner Transformer 2014."
