About This Product

■Summary

Strain meters were developed not only to measure the behavior of concrete, mortar, and synthetic resins after they have hardened, but also to measure the strain during their hardening process. The apparent elastic modulus is extremely low at 40N/mm2, making it possible to measure immediately after concrete is poured. It has extremely high insulation properties and allows highly accurate strain measurement. Strainmeters with a built-in temperature measurement function can measure strain and temperature at the same time, greatly simplifying wiring work. In addition, with a wide variety of related products, it is possible to measure not only the internal strain of concrete, but also the surface strain of steel materials such as concrete surfaces and H-shaped steel.

■Features

・Self-temperature compensation type with linear expansion coefficient similar to concrete ・Low elastic modulus and can be measured from the hardening process of concrete ・Strain and temperature can be measured simultaneously (excluding KM-30 and KM-50F models) ・Can also be used to measure surface strain on earth retaining struts and steel sheet piles ・Protection class IP 67 equivalent (KM-30) /IP 68 equivalent (KM-50F) *KM-30/KM-50F is not eligible for CE marking.
