About This Product

TA Instruments' new TAM Air is a powerful isothermal calorimeter with heat flow sensitivity in the microwatt range and outstanding baseline drift performance. All calorimetry channels come in two types, consisting of a sample and a reference chamber. The 8-channel calorimeter can accommodate ampoules with a volume of 20 ml. The 3-channel calorimeter can accommodate ampoules with a volume of 125 ml. In addition to research and development, TAM Air is a recognized device for cement and concrete quality control processes. With a 3-channel calorimeter and high-capacity ampoule, TAM Air can also be used in food science and environmental science. The TAM Air thermostat has two user-replaceable calorimeter blocks. The 3-channel (high capacity) and 8-channel (standard capacity) calorimeters consist of a calorimeter block and data logging system required for use with the TAM Air thermostat. All calorimeters come in two types.
