About This Product

DSC 25P is a dedicated pressure DSC module for heat flow measurements in pressure sensitive materials. The Discovery DSC 25P is used to investigate temperature transitions, chemical reactions, and oxidative stability/degradation in vacuum, standard pressure, or high pressure conditions. Measure heat flow through materials in inert, oxidizing, or reducing atmospheres. The DSC 25P has a pressure range of 1Pa to 7MPa (0.0001 to 1,000psi) and can perform experiments under static or dynamic purge (constant volume or constant pressure). Discovery DSC 25P can operate under atmospheric and elevated pressures from ambient temperature up to 550°C. The optional FACS quench cooling accessory extends the DSC 25P's operating temperature range (to -130°C).
