About This Product

■ DNA/RNA extraction

Biomek Genomic Workstation greatly increases the reproducibility of nucleic acid extraction and purification compared to experiments by manual operation difference. The automation of extraction and purification using magnetic beads improves the quality of the samples in workflows such as NGS, micro rays, and QPCR.

■ Automation of PCR amplifying product refining

BIOMEK 4000, I5, and i7 liquid handlers are incorporated, providing an expandable automation solution for PCR amplification product refining, QPCR/PCR setup, accuracy management (QC), and quantitative protocols. To do. These automatic sample preparations can be incorporated into genomics work flows such as NGS, QPCR, and micro lays.

■ Building a library for next -generation sequence (NGS)

BIOMEK NGS WORKSTATION enables the efficiency of NGS sequencer sample preparation, shortening work time, improving throughput, and experimenting with a more flexible schedule. The proven automated METHOD can improve the results and improve efficiency.

■ Bio marker search

Genome biomarker is an essential tool for diagnosis of diseases such as cancer, prescriptions for therapeutic drugs, and monitoring patients.
